Foldscape collects no data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the game does not connect to any server of ours.

In the game

• Progress and settings (which puzzles you have solved, where you were, sound, haptics, hinge or dial) are kept on your device only. Deleting the game deletes them.
• The purchase that opens chapters 2 to 7 is made with Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we do not receive your name, email address or payment details. The game asks Apple only whether the purchase has been made on your Apple Account.
• The hinge on iPhone Duo is read on the device to tilt the drawing. It is not recorded or sent anywhere.

On this website

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no third-party content. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes the IP address of each visit to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, as any web host does. We do not use that information to identify you.

If you write to us

If you email support@foldscape.com, we use your address and message only to answer you. Mail is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox (Google). We keep it for up to 24 months after the last message, then delete it. Ask at any time and we will delete it sooner.

Children

Foldscape is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either.

Your rights

Wherever you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK, you may ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. In practice the only thing we can hold is an email you sent us.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. A change that collects data would be announced in the game before it took effect.
